Terms of Use

Draft — pending legal review. Effective date: July 18, 2026.

Acceptance of Terms

By using the AccomPath public site or the Partner Portal, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you are using the Partner Portal on behalf of an organization, you are also bound by any separate agreement between that organization and AccomPath; where the two conflict on business terms, that agreement governs.

Scope: Public Site and Partner Portal

These terms cover two connected but distinct surfaces. The public site (AccomPath.com) is available to anyone and shows product, service, and company information. The Partner Portal (portal.accompath.com) is a restricted, authenticated ordering system available only to employees of organizations AccomPath has approved. Access to one does not imply access to the other.

Partner Portal Accounts

Partner Portal accounts belong to an approved organization, not to an individual signing up independently. When you register with a work email address, we check it against the list of domains belonging to approved organizations; an unrecognized domain does not result in an active portal account. Organizations are responsible for the accuracy of the information their staff provide and for promptly telling us when someone’s access should end.

Product and Pricing Information

Product and vendor pricing shown on the public site is provided for reference and is refreshed periodically, but AccomPath does not guarantee it reflects the vendor’s current price at the moment you view it. Where a listed price may be stale, the page will say so and direct you to check the vendor for the current price. Pricing and totals inside the Partner Portal — including any procurement fee, shipping, and applicable tax — are calculated at the time of your order and are the pricing that governs a submitted order, not any reference price shown on the public site.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse either site. In particular, you agree not to:

  • Attempt to access accounts, organizations, or data that are not yours;
  • Interfere with normal operation of the sites, including automated scraping at a volume that degrades service;
  • Submit false, fraudulent, or misleading information through any form or order; or
  • Upload content you do not have the right to share, including any medical, injury, diagnosis, or treatment information, which must never be entered anywhere on either site.

Intellectual Property

The AccomPath name, logo, site design, and original written content are the property of AccomPath and may not be copied or reused without permission. Product names, images, and descriptions sourced from vendors remain the property of their respective owners and are used here for reference.

Third-Party Vendors and Links

AccomPath curates and procures equipment through third-party vendors and may link to vendor sites for reference. We are not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of vendor or other third-party sites once you leave AccomPath’s own pages.

Limitation of Liability

AccomPath provides its sites and services on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, AccomPath is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the public site or the Partner Portal, including reliance on reference pricing shown before an order is placed. Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Ontario, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Continued use of either site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
